Qualification : Graduate/ MBA To retain the current business and to develop new business for the company by maintaining good relationship with the clients. Responsible for Full Final settlements of the mediclaim process of corporate clients. Maintaining track of all pending claim cases ensure on the closure of the same within TAT. Coordinating with broker insurance companies for resolution on pending cases. Ensuring proper implementation of Mediclaim Policy. Preparing MIS reports for the clients on weekly basis. Preparing Presentation for clients during renewal quarterly review meetings. Conducting weekly/ monthly/ quarterly meetings with the clients/ brokers/ insurance company to ensure smooth running of the business.
