      • Proactively & consistently reaching out to new colleges for the Mental Health Club
      • Focussing on increasing the number of college collaborations for the Mental Health Club
      • Implementing the Mental Health Club in Colleges with the help of students in each college
      • Coordinating the Mental Health Club events as per the calendar
      • Collaborating across Mpower Verticals to execute the activities and making resources available to the students.
      • Over all expansion by creating a blue print for the college mental health project.
      • Strong networking with college, institutes & universities to drive the collaboration for Mental Health
      • Responsible for end to end Budgeting & financial matters
      • Collaborating with the Marketing & Designing Team for various required collaterals, creatives and social media presence
      • Actively reporting progress of each club while collating data across verticals
      • Collecting data to analyse the impact on the mental health club, collaborating with the M&E team which included creating feedback forms, surveys and compiling qualitative data like testimonials, art work, campaigns etc.
      • Planning the City-wise chapter of the club and support its execution
