Job Description

  • Understand current business situation, analyze further communication requirements and review effectiveness of past communications to develop and execute effective communication strategy for internal stakeholders
  • Lead communication initiatives and campaigns based on organization s strategy, culture, safety and other key objectives by ensuring consistency of messages across all mediums
  • Drive adoption and engagement on internal social media platform, Yammer for employees
  • Develop leadership messaging for internal and external platforms
  • Partner with the cross functional/business teams to storyboard and translate ideas to produce brand content
  • Drive new approaches to deliver communications in more efficient and effective ways by benchmarking and recommending new approaches
  • Manage, measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication tool and develop recommendations for ongoing improvement
