Job Function: Compensation & Benefits Primary Job Function- High level of involvement and responsibility considering the interactions levels and area of operations in supporting the key analytics for Director C&B APAC (14 countries)
- Work would entail senior leadership interactions and advisory to the Divisional HRs, Country C&B Directors.
- The role would be responsible for managing Specific C&B Projects, Advisory on Offer Roll - outs, Incentive & Merit Cycle and thus has highly level impact on linked deliverables
The key responsibility and authority of the job.
- Supports the Area C&B Director for all analytics across Asia Pac ( 14 countries )
Supports all the Benchmarking of Cash Compensation & benefits across Asia Supports all merit analysis , incentive calculations for non workday calculated incentives in Asia Supports Projects in Compensation & Benefits Coordinates with all the external Survey carriers like Mercer, Hewitt and Towers Watson Supports in providing advisory for New offersCore Job Responsibilities
