Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to manage multiple operations of the tax practice area and to deliver quality tax services. The person should be primarily responsible for accurately preparing and filing tax documents. In addition, should be responsible to develop tax strategies and policies and should work to identify tax problems and propose solutions that help the business. Required Skills

  • Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with Indian tax laws and regulations within timeframe
  • Facilitate and manage the preparation and review company tax returns and the accurate,
  • timely filing of all tax forms
  • Find and implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedures.
  • Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
  • Maintain tax balances on general ledger
  • Prepare all tax papers on regular basis and handle all information data requests
  • Review tax returns and quarterly/yearly tax projections
We are looking for someone who can:
  • Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with Indian tax laws and regulations within timeframe
  • Provide innovative tax plan and review complex income tax returns
  • Have experience as a Compliance Manager
  • Have excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
  • Have Knowledge of tax software and MS Office
  • Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems

  • Qualification Chartered Accountant
  • 3 years of post-qualification experience
  • Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
  • Knowledge of tax software and MS Office

  • Analytical skills with detail orientation
