The ideal candidate should have 2- 4 years relevant experience across domestic and foreign currency syndicated loans and other debt products A deep understanding of corporate credit and project finance with ability to structure deals is essential. Leadership skills and ability to work in cross functional teams would be desirable. The candidate should have strong relationships across Indian and Foreign Banks at senior levels to be able to drive deals across India. Deal origination & Interaction with the Clients, understanding their requirements, liaison with clients for collating data required for preparation and submission of the proposal with Banks/ FIs. Structuring the proposal and preparing Information Memorandum, Teasers, Financial model, CMA Data, Request Letters and other documents pertaining to the Proposal for submission to Banks. Liaison, interact and follow up with Banks for sanction and negotiating the terms of Sanction. Obtaining sanction and handling post sanction formalities with the Clients and the Banks for documentation Assisting the Client in execution of loan documents and obtaining disbursement,
