Job Description

    Purpose of the positionTo Target and close the top accounts operating in India with big volumes. Identification of top revenue accounts in for that particular region The profile includes the focus on Global and Key accounts in India. Closing the account as per the pre fixed deadlines. Maintaining the Account as a relationship manager Outstanding Collections in time. Achievement of Budgeted GP & Volumes To facilitate team members to generate business by making joint calls with them.Key TasksBusiness Development Identification of top revenue accounts for that particular region The profile includes the focus on Global and Key accounts having decisions making in India. Closing the account as per the pre fixed deadlines. Maintaining the Account as a relationship manager Outstanding Collections in time. Development of Interpersonal relationship with other departments staffs like operations and Finance etc.Decision Making AuthorityDecision authority as delegated by the Head - Corporate Sales, in accordance with DSV regulationsFunction / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working Good knowledge of our products and the global trade lanes Good knowledge of procurement and capacity management for air and ocean Profound knowledge markets trends and opportunities in various Skills & Competencies Skills/Knowledge Excellent Communication English. Around 28-30 years and above of age.Good Knowledge of Western India Market for that particular region. Well verse with Mumbai territory. Confident Pleasing Personality Competencies Should be an excellent salesperson Should have the drive and ambition Should have the deadline-based approach Aggressive and a Go-getterEducational background / Work experience 7 years of work experience (minimum) Gathering and analyzing of market data (various industries) Worked in an international company within a matrix organization MBA or EquivalentLanguage Skills Fluent in English (written and spoken) Other languages (written and spoken) preferred Computer Literacy Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and others) Good knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools, Microsoft Dynamic Tools
