With this role , Haptik is looking for an entrepreneur to work closely alongside the Founder / CEO on all things business strategy. In this ever - changing landscape of technology , you will be someone who will constantly evaluate what the company should do , and more importantly what not to do. Responsibilities Work closely with the CEO on overall business planning , strategy and budgeting Develop partnerships with various companies in the ecosystem to enable inorganic growth Research and analyze new business opportunities , markets and develop initial go - to - market plans Be the primary point of contact for Investor relations to the companys board and shareholders Source & evaluate M&A opportunities with AI companies globally Work closely with Corporate Finance and HR as the layer between administration and business functions Requirements 4 - 6 years of experience running your own startup / CEOs office / partnerships Bachelors / Masters Degree in Engineering from a Tier 1 institute like IIT , BIT , NIT , etc. or US / UK Excellent communication skills a must , both written and verbal Strong problem solving and analytical skills Self - driven , comfortable with a fast - paced , always - on , highly ambiguous environment,
