Position- Deputy Manager Costing Business Unit/Division- Auto Sector Reports To - DGM - Accounts Place of Posting - Kandivli Mumbai Material Accounting : 1. Reviewing & Maintaining Cost Accounting Records, FI-CO Recovery, Conversion Costing, R&D rate working,etc. 2. Costing of mfg parts Material provision entries. Material - weighted average cost analysis Material consumption analysis Inventory Valuation & age analysis 3. Validation of Costing projects and other savings 4. Costing of New Products 5. Various IT Improvements and initiatives undertaken 6. Automation of Routine Activities and Leveraging IT to help in better and Standard MIS to Operations and to Management. 7. Other specific assignments/work (if any) Budgeting Activity 1. Co-ordination with Operations for preparation of Kandivlis Material Budget for next three years Monitoring and Controlling of internal control system 1. Ensure compliance with Internal Controls 2. Ensure all review evidences / working as mentioned in the RCM are available and uploaded on the Controls Manager Portal Liaising and co-ordination with statutory auditors / Cost auditors and ensuring timely completion and compliance . Involement with ICFR /COSO Conduct Management Testing for the processes assigned. Also, get the own processes tested by providing necessary explanation and review evidence to the Auditor Experience (years)- 3 or 4 yrs experience with Excel /SAP knowlegde Industry Preferred - Auto / Manufacturing Qualification- ICWA - 1st attempt,
