Job Description

    About the role- We are looking for an energetic and motivated professional to join our customer success team with previous experience in customer-facing roles. A seasoned professional with experience of 3+ years in the B2B SaaS industry.Responsibilities:- Responsible for managing assigned accounts and facilitate new sales of the product in the large enterprise segment in the region- Responsible for mining of the accounts to identify & materialize upselling & cross selling opportunities to achieve their targets- Effective Account Management and Customer Relationship - Establish a cordial relationship with the client and optimise customer satisfaction- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customers realize their ROI, improve operations, scope new business opportunities and identify areas for strategic growth- Guide the customer on product capabilities, usage and best practices- Work with internal Support and Implementation teams to ensure on time resolution of Clients technical issues- Partner with internal stakeholders and customers to review services, manage escalations and deliver business reviews- Forecast and execute Booking, Billing and Collection figuresRequirements:- 3+ years Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS.- Strong customer engagement skills- Business analysis, critical thinking, conflict management and problem-solving skills- Excellent verbal and written communication for influencing and leading customer facing engagements- Good negotiation and presentation skills.,
