    • Awareness and understanding of the Group s business strategy and model appropriate to the role

    • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners
    Our Ideal Candidate
    • 5 or more years of experience in Technology implementation
    • Bachelor s degree/Master s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience, or combination
    • Must have experience in Blockchain related projects. Must be able to design and implement solutions on Corda / Hyperledger / Quorum
    • Block chain & cloud related Training licenses and certification will be of advantage.
    • Should have hands on experience in implementing APIs, microservices and spring boot applications.
    • Should have experience in deploying applications on OpenShift or AWS and Kubernetes environments
