Job Description

Your Role

  • Create the SEO roadmap, identifying growth opportunities, and working with product development and other teams to prioritize opportunities and drive execution.
  • Drive organic traffic to the site by using a variety of on-page (tags, content, architecture, speed, etc.) and off-page (link building, domain authority, etc.) tactics
  • Drive organic discovery/referral traffic by implementing content marketing influencer marketing tactics on sources like Blogs, Social Networks, Youtube, Quora, etc
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals - general and keyword specific
  • Shall be responsible for driving and reporting paid marketing campaigns on FB, Google, and other major advertising platforms.
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end, from ideation to planning to optimisation.
  • Plan monthly, weekly and daily budgets.
Must Haves
  • 2 years of experience in SEO with demonstrated results of growth in traffic and sales.
  • 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing with expertise in at least one channel - Google/ Facebook.
  • Working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics and Appsflyer.
  • Should have a high degree of comfort with running regular A/B tests
Good to Have
  • Proven experience of handling 1 Cr monthly spends
  • Proven experience of handling multiple paid campaigns on (Search, UAC, Facebook, Affiliate, TikTok, etc.)
  • Should have a high level of comfort with data and strong analytical skills.
