Job Description

    • Should be knowledgeable of the partner s propositions, their markets, business challenges and customer opportunities
    • Develops and maintains relationships with key Customers. B uilds multi-level relationships with its Accounts including those in the executive level
    • Provides strategic leadership and coordination of partner development activities.
    • Creates and implements strategies to drive lead creation and opportunity generation
    • Coordinates briefings, joint market-facing and other contact acquisition activities
    • Liaises with internal implementation and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction during ongoing servicing
    • Leads sales enablement activities with Enterprise and C&SP Customers
    • Review and Evaluates Alliance partner results and revises approach or recommends changes ;
    • Create high joint visibility through constant engagements with Alliance partners and the marketing teams
    • Rigorous interaction and follow up with External and Internal Customers of Schneider to drive Sales Parameters
    • Handle Enterprise & C&SP Customers related operational activities for smooth functioning of Edge Business
    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS, Skills and Experience required: Ability to create and meet joint solution and GTM strategies and tactical plans. Consistently exceed quota and key performance metrics. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives. Presentation skills: the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences. Should be disciplined in working with people as well as be culturally sensitive in dealing with them. Knowing another language especially when it comes to handling international accounts.
    • Strong knowledge of Racks market
    • 5+ years related experience in relevant industry
    • 5+ years related experience working in sales/relationship building or consulting positions
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
    • Analytical skills
