Stellar Value Chain | Careers Manager ERP Implementation Scope: Develops, plans, and implements the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Determines scope of the project. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors progress for the ERP system. Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs. Role: Configuration and customization of ERP as per Customer/ Project Requirement. Understanding of Financial Accounting. Procurement to pay and order to cash. Sound knowledge of existing ERP Sloutions. Ensures that project/ department milestones/ goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Deep Experience with ERP , Financial System , cloud applications, customizable and configurable Hosted applications, and Complex Application integrations. Manage cross -functional teams for end -to -end project implementation Responsible for end to end system -integration and user -acceptance testing Manage entire project life cycle including project planning, scope definition, implementation and change management. Improvements, and other projects as established by corporate operating plan. Plan, execute and deliver high visibility Financial ERP implementation projects that solve real business needs. Interface with internal business clients to understand business issues/ needs and ensure that client expectations are in line with delivery plans Run complex projects/ programs from design and development to production. Lead cross functional project calls and planning sessions. Time to time ERP Vendor evaluation. Requirements: Should have knowledge of the best practices in the supply chain and logistics industry Must be proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to function in a fast -paced multifunctional environment where priorities change quickly Knowledge and understanding of supply chain distribution and warehouse slotting concepts Self -starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities Ability to work in a professional manner, be flexible and handle interactions with all levels of organization and with external clients Demonstrated ability to communicate well with other members of the team and with non -technical users ,
