MBA - Finance (full time) Qualified CA Inter CA, not pursuing CA final Responsibilities: Should have prior experience of working for a IT/ ITES Services company for at least 5 years with exposure to selling into the global markets Experience of doing proactive research and analysis of customer Experience of working on RFP/ RFI s for large multinational deals in areas of F&A, Payroll, H2R Deliver feedback to marketing team to drive improvements in our offerings Work closely with the sales team to perform facilitate moving clients through sales process in identifying appropriate offerings Manage end- to- end delivery of multiple sales engagements from pipeline development through contract negotiations Develops and implements detailed process laid out, eg Statement of work(SOW), SOP, Process map, RACI chart etc Act as a link between the sales and Delivery team to better qualify opportunities and establish deal value to improve conversation rates Exposure to ERP systems and front end knowledge of the same would be beneficialSkill sets Communication skills (fluent English, Knowledge of foreign language will be advantage) Proficient in MS Office (Power point and Excel),
