Job Description

The candidate would be responsible for managing the end to end Technology Business Control and Risk Management Deliverables

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Technology Related Laws, Rules Regulations and ensure compliance at all times
  • Manage Process Risk Metrics for Technology
  • Oversee controls adherence and execution
  • Understand Risk Management Framework and align Technology to enterprise standards
  • Ensure adherence to Policies, standards, procedures and processes
  • Tracking and closure of Self-Identified Audit Issue s
  • Perform Quality Assurance of all sub-function of Technology
  • Perform Internal Risk Assessment and remediate the gaps identified for being audit ready
  • Support Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT). Targeted Risk Assessment (TRA) performed by Compliance Operations Risk teams
  • Work closely with Business Control Monitoring Readiness (BCMR), Compliance Operations Risk (COR), Global Information Security (GIS) Team and ensure closure of all deliverables
  • Publish monthly Risk health-card for Technology

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline, preferably an MBA.
  • Experience range: Overall 8-10 years of experience in Technology Service Deliver and in that 3+ year of experience in managing Technology Risk and Control functions

    • Good understanding of various Technology Asset types and trends
    • Good analytical skills
    • Project Management experience
    • Speaking presentation skills in a professional setting
    • Very well versed in MS-Office Excel and PowerPoint
    • Good knowledge on below technology Laws, Rules Regulations
    • eWaste Management Rules, 2016
    • National Building Code of India
    • Terms and Conditions - Other Service Provider (OSP) Category
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Banking systems, internal control programs related to Consumer Functions and offshore Delivery environments
    • Exposure to banking business processes with focus on Consumer Operations (FraudClaimsCredit CardHome Loans) in an offshore environment.
    • Thorough knowledge of metrics based risk management.

      • Sound knowledge on STPISEZ guidelines
      • Basic Indian taxation Customs knowledge
