LLB / LLM (Preferably with CS) with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, from Big and reputed MNC organizations having experience and responsible for :1. Providing legal counsel in a business environment2. strictly following laws and regulations by the organization3. Ensuring legal conformity and minimize the probability of exposure.4. Advising various business verticals and functions on legal issues5. Interpretation of laws and regulations and advising on their applicability6. Strategizing and formulating litigation7. Handling court cases independently8. Draft, negotiate and manage the agreements, contracts, MoUs, LoIs, and other legal documents9. Providing clarification on legal language or specifications10. Draft and vetting court pleadings, legal notices, responses to legal notices11. Training and preparation of policies and procedures12. Keeping abreast with the latest happenings and amendments in legislation13. Ability/experience in offering proactive advice on potential legal issues14. Well-versed with contract law, civil and criminal laws, corporate law, and procedures.15. Profiles should be well versed with team-leading roles 16. Profile will require to work 80% on legal aspects and rest on CS activities.,
