The ideal candidate should have 2- 4 years relevant experience across domestic and cross border M&A and other Investment banking assignments Leadership skills and ability to work in cross functional teams would be desirable. The candidate should have strong relationships across Indian and Foreign clients at senior levels to be able to drive deals. Expected to be involved in identifying potential M&A target screening and identification, synergy assessment/ business case creation, valuation, due diligence (financial, tax, legal, ) business & financial analysis, benchmarking & insights, business integrations, etc. Prep are business & financial models, peer benchmarks and inputs for MIS & analytics as required Exposure to various tools, methodologies and approaches in corporate / strategic planning in organizations would be an added advantage. ,
