Job Description

  • Leveraging the finance tie-ups with nationalized banks and RRBs at AO level to achieve 30% finance penetration along with providing door step and customized finance options for M&M products upto Tehsil level.
  • Identification of pocket wise market potential and accordingly implementing standardization of upcountry network as per the Channel norms. Further enhancing Reach along with existing dealerships, new setups and 3rd party tie-ups.
  • Creating Synergy along with Mahindra First choice at AO level and building competency at the dealerships to establish the Mahindra exchange counter (X- Mart) thereby achieving 6% penetration in sales.
  • Ensuring all enablers and readiness at dealerships & AO level for new products launches.
  • Coordination along with all AOs in Zone for Implementation of Critical enablers.
  • Building up Insurance penetration through MIBL.
  • Leveraging various M&M alliance like MFC and MMFSL and further to bring in focus & driving the synergy within the Region.
  • To generate a comprehensive, Insightful and a summarized MIS report on Market Share and network thus enabling sales team to work in the current dynamic scenario.
  • Co-ordination of big marketing initiatives such as technology Installation like Kiosk, Digital Standees, Tablets and DID at dealerships along with all AOs in the region.
