senior leadership across all business categories to act as counsel and identify compelling, innovative brand and communications strategies. Responsible for achieving consistency in business and strategic objectives with both internal and external constituents, including employees and outside agency partners. Develop and manage an operating plan and budget. RESPONSIBILITIES: Brand and Marketing: Implement brand strategy & campaigns to build brand equity. Implement direct product marketing campaigns by analyzing product range, industry trends, and competition & consumer insights for customer acquisition. Conceptualize & Plan Promotional Events, Launch Activities, Product Promotions to facilitate Channel Marketing & Activation. Motivate and manage business partners, including advertising and research agencies to develop world- class campaigns to meet communication and business objectives. Monitor and interpret market and research data to support brand- building campaigns. Identify key platforms & media mix for brand communication. Manage marketing budgets achieve optimal returns. Design and manage content for various collaterals and the website. Strategize and plan innovative intermediary/ customer events, contests and other promotions. Digital Marketing: Develop the digital marketing strategy. Develop and manage to digital marketing forecasts & budgets. Manage campaign planning across all markets. Lead the testing of new marketing channels. Optimize brand visibility on all search engines through SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing). Drive sales and brand awareness through paid search media in partnership with the digital agency. Developing and executing a comprehensive engagement strategy focused on user activity and retention. Work with Head of CRM to devise and execute email strategy and oversee campaigns. Drive digital agency relationships and day- to- day agency process to ensure website delivers in- line with the digital strategy. Design and manage quantitative measurement programs (internet marketing and social media campaigns) that can track, measure, and analyse performance. Work closely with the digital team to help deliver overall targets. Ensure strategic alignment and on- time content delivery. Product Monitoring: Continually review the existing product portfolio and their profitability for the organization, through a focused and market insight based process, ensuring incorporation of Channel feedback. Take ownership of the product monitoring/ improvement process to facilitate implementation of the departmental plans. Responsible for filing and obtaining approvals of the products with regulatory authorities. Ensure effective hand- offs with the key teams at Head Office/ Regions/ Branches post the design and approval of the product. Review all MIS Reports and take corrective action in case of variances. Work in close partnership with other Functional heads to ensure compliance with corporate values, guidelines, processes, and controls, across all aspects of the business. DESIRED SKILLS : Strong project management and performance management skills. Very detail oriented. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. Have a strong understanding of online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice. Self- starter, entrepreneurial and enthusiastic.
