Conducting audits for supplier evaluation, development & facilitating final selection of supplier based on optimum techno - commercial considerations. Collecting market intelligence, understand & analyze supply market economics of Indian Specialty Chemical industry. Close co - ordination with internal departments Production Planning, Quality, QHSE to clearly determine their needs to develop and execute necessary actions with Suppliers to meet goals. Continuous monitoring of suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, price, and inventory goals are developed and met. Close co - ordination with Suppliers to ensure high QOTIF percentage.
