Job Description

The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager is a full time position based in Mumbai, to provide technical support to Grassroots Leadership Development Programme on adapting the Monitoring, Evaluation and Research (MER) framework and implementation of related activities within various projects and ensuring timely and relevant information is provided to project stakeholders.

Project Location : Maharashtra Rajasthan

Reporting to: Programme Manager Programme Director

Eligibility:

  • Post - graduation specializing in social sciences, social work or relevant subjects.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience in social sector preferably in Monitoring and Evaluation of the development projects.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Marathi and Hindi.
  • Expected core competencies: Strong & proactive leadership, rights based approach, professionalism, team work, analytical skills, able to lead independently.

    • Roles & Responsibilities

      • Responsible to facilitate regular monitoringassessmentevaluation of the program to timely understand the progress achieved against objectives and goal of the program.
      • Facilitate data collection, data analysis and report writing as per donors requirements.
      • Support the Programmes with reporting on key milestones and indicators through development of required guidelines and process details.
      • Maintaining and developing strong data management system for the program.
      • Working constantly to improve existing Monitoring and Evaluation practices of Grassroots Leadership Development Program of CORO. Setting up more effective systems, tools, methods etc.
      • Regular hand holding support to program team for monitoring and evaluation purpose. Train, support and follow - up with relevant staff on reporting against the identified milestones and indicators.
      • Support other program members in developing M&E of their respective programs.
      • Acquaintance with online tools like sales force, survey monkey etc.
      • Any other work assigned by organization.
