Job Description

As a People Partner, you will be an evangelist of the Radix culture and be well-connected to our employees, providing a pulse on the overall health of the organization. You will also be playing a key role in partnering with line managers and functional leads. You will be responsible for enabling the talent strategy and execution of the people plan. Working across different teams to ensure that all People processes and programs are seamlessly executed will also be a key component of this role. Key Responsibilities:
    • People Operations:
    • Handle day-to-day People operations tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
    • Administer and improve People processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Ensure a seamless execution of all People programs and processes within Radix.
    • Business Partnering:
    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their departments goals and challenges, and provide support to align with their objectives.
    • Partner with department heads to identify and address workforce issues, performance management, and talent development needs.
    • Support in the development and execution of People strategies that contribute to the achievement of business goals.
    • Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure solutions designed to meet business problems and needs.
    • Coach managers and employees through various people/culture/policy situations.
    • Actively participate in setting of People goals each quarter.
    • Employee Relations:
    • Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
    • Administer org-wide programs like performance reviews, rewards and recognition etc.
    • Review and analyze employee-related data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
    • Resolve complex employee issues and grievances.
    • Custodian of employee engagement, overall employee experience related processes.
    • Responsibilities will include but not be limited to keeping a pulse on employee morale and engagement and coming up with relevant programs to increase the same.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect, analyze, and report People metrics to measure the effectiveness of People programs and initiatives.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
    • Have a pulse of the employee base and constantly think about how to improve the effectiveness of various People Processes.
    • Compliance and Policy Development:
    • Stay current with People trends and legislation, ensuring the organization remains compliant with employment laws and regulations.
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of People policies and procedures.
    • People Systems and Technology:
    • Utilize People information systems for data management and reporting purpose
    • Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of People technology solutions.
    • Custodian of People Tech platforms like Darwinbox, Infeedo. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to evolving practices, maintaining data accuracy, sharing data and insights
    Who Should Apply For This Role:
    • Bachelor s degree in any field. A MBA/PGDM degree in HR is preferable
    • Min 4 years of People business partnering or generalist experience.
    • Preferably with experience in Startup companies/ companies with employee centric culture.
    • Adeptness and ability to cope with a fast-paced work environment by being hands-on.
    • Passionate about innovative People solutions and process improvement.
    • Excellent communication and articulation skills.
