Job Description

    • Drive franchise/BU EDR process to align short-, medium- & long-term organizational goals
    • Manage end to end demand forecasting (volume and value) for the supply chain function by capturing accurate forecast for all products in order to improve forecast accuracy and customer service levels in line with external benchmarks
    • Develop and continuously improve forecast quality integrating statistical forecast and market inputs from commercial. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders like sales, finance, ICM, upstream IBP and COE teams.
    • Design analytical capability to support optimization needs across the supply chain in relation to demand planning and forecasting.
    • Understand the link between plan & actuals, analyses variations and partner with the business to define future growth plans
    • Manage forecast models by maintaining and managing the forecast tools to ensure accuracy of the data
    • Develop and measure key performance indicators to track and evaluate forecasts made, to assist in assessing the effectiveness of the demand planning & forecasting function, and to work towards continuous improvement
    • Anchor the consolidation of all supplies and forecasts across the market to establish a Strat plan and forecast of requirements. Ensuring that the Strat plan, budget, and forecast are accurate and relevant.
    • Manage inventory target (including safety stock levels) by effective inventory planning and tracking of products
    • Maintaining and establishing accurate product stock norms and product classifications (ABC/XYZ).
    • Understand the link between plan & actuals, analyses variations and partner with the business to define future growth plans
    • Analyze & create plan to optimize E&O. Work on strong process on E&O avoidance.
