To work on Demand Planning/ MRP based on FG manufacturing schedule for LL products sourced from all CMO s & organized PR/PO for the same month on month.Monitoring & follow up of RM/PM dispatches from vendors as per the purchase orders forwarded to the vendors.Material Master creation and maintain and updating from time to time and provide inputs to HOD & EM-INDIAPower User /Back up Power user for SAP & M2 internal tools, Master data creation and new GMID/LMID creation for EM-INDIA portfolio.Provide support for new projects and system implementationsTo co-ordinate with Quality and Procurement counterpart for Quality matters & Vendor s specific concerns and ensure on smooth supplies from Vendor sTo ensure on No Production loss at CMO sites due to non-availability of RM/PM sManage supply chain related activities for creating new dash boards and new Projects.Monitoring the art work changes implementation on time and control inventories accordingly across all LL CMO sProviding weekly update to HOD on schedule vs releases plan status of RM/PM and update on any delays in supply with action plan.Organize & attend Monthly planning meeting /TC with CMO s/Vendors and also ensure on business needs.Provide support to HOD and IA controlling for the Budgetary processes.To monitor and manage RM/PM/ Misc. items Internal site Transfers.To co-ordinate with Import/ Export team for smooth flow.To monitor and manage GST activities /eBUY PO /eWay Bills (All Transactional Activities) and guide the internal team on the same.GST activities collaborations as per the needs in co-ordinations with Finance, IA controllers and HODMonitoring of alerts in market for low stocks and OOS situation and determine action plan in advance to avoid OOS.Inventory control and SLA management as per GD and as per signed agreed SLA with local MSC.Ensure on timely completion of any other assignments and/or Projects assigned by HOD or Head-EM INDIA,
