  • Trade life cycle management including contacting clients for unaffirmed trades in TP system
  • Responding to client queries within a TAT of 30 mins or less
  • Working on portfolio management and validation ensuring there are no breaks EOD.
  • Fixing of NDF trades.
  • managing client novation s, unwinds & Swaptions via markitwire
  • Managing expiry s on options
  • Manual bookings of Exotic Options
  • Working closely with teams in different time zones on providing resolutions on trade bookings
  • Working with prime services operations team on affirmation and settlements by Value date
  • Partner with Prime Services Client Services/Sales to drive client agenda.
  • Identify and build strong, effective relationships with both the business and technology stakeholders, across global offices.
  • Focus on supporting global business model
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & User Verification Testing (UVT)
  • Be an active, vocal member of workshops, discussions and working groups.
  • Working with technology partners and Product owners on Projects to drive efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Working with the Risk and control teams on the Operation risk framework for the business and adhering to the guidelines lay down by the group risk.

  • Product experience Rates and Fx required
  • Front to back trade life cycle required
  • Risk and controls background optional
  • OTC clearing Operations optional
  • Fixed income optional

  • Exchange/Settlements background optional
  • Understanding the breadth and complexity of the regulatory environment across our global footprint. optional
  • Reconciliation background (Trade& Cash) optional
