Manager Product Software Engineer / Tech Lead: complete Microsoft stack for web based application1. Should be able to Lead and guide Product Dev team. Interface with other Product Manager, Architect, Scrum Manager, Test Lead and DB Lead and other stakeholders.2. Should be expert in analysis, design and architecture of an enterprise level products.3. Should have a strong experience in product development across complete product lifecycle using agile methodology.4. Should be able to do sizing and estimation of product and planning using Agile.5. Should be able to lead a scrum team.6. Experience in understanding hardware and software requirements of the product.7. Experience in managing and maintaining environment for the product- repository and versioning, build management and deployments.8. Experience in product release cycle, best practices, code reviews and defect management. Efficient in handling changes and enhancements.9. Strong knowledge of multi-threading and application clustering for scalability and performance, application security, code analysis and optimization.10. Prior experience in developing high performance systems handling large amount of data.11. Good experience and knowledge of HTML, CSS, (classic) ASP and VB to analyze the existing application and implement changes.12. Should be hand on expert in Dotnet technology preferably with C# ,VB.Net, Framework 2.0 to 4.5, ASP.Net MVC 4/5, Web API, MS SQL Server 2012- 2016, IIS, WCF, Entity Framework, Azure (PAAS ,SAAS).13. Should be well familiar with front end DHTML, CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, Boot strap, JQuery, Responsive Design with handling third party libraries14. Prior Experience on migration of classic ASP to DotNet to Azure will be good.15. Experience in MVC design pattern and good knowledge of design patterns16. Proficient in Web, Web API, components and services development.17. Experience in localization and globalization, security, performance, integration with third party components and applications.18. Good in DB concepts of design and programming for large applications.19. Preferred experience on Azure or cloud based solutions.20. Ensure best design practices and processes are followed for continuous improvement of product.21. Prefer prior experience in Tax and accounting domain products.Mandatory:1. Should have strong experience in leading team, analysis, design, development using Agile.2. Should have good design and architect skills.3. Should be technically expert in Dotnet with prior experience in Web, Desktop, Server and DB for enterprise level applications.4. Should be good in DB concepts and development of large stored procs, functions etc., query tuning and performance.6. Review of all work products.7.
