Job Description

    • New products sourcing Pharma & OTC products
    • Identify, evaluate and selecting third party manufacturer for new product as perrequirementfrommarketing,basedonproductprice,qualityandregulatory
    • Alternatevendordevelopmentforexistingproducts,coordinatewithvendorsforsamples,andcost
    • Perform Costsheet analysis on the basis on inputs like RM & PM Prices
    • Loan licensing (LL) monitoring and coordination LL sites
    • Demand forecasting and planning for the CMO products
    • Timely placement of monthly PO with CMO sites
    • New vendor identification of new products as per Marketing/PMT requirement
    • Overseeing Vendor performance for Quality, delivery and response level
    • Visiting Third Party and LL contract manufacturing sites as per requirements
    • Relationship management with External Sites
    • Costing of the new products and periodic evaluation of the existing products cost
    • Tender products supply management at the CMO sites
    • Coordination with Logistics team for the on-time delivery of the goods to the warehouse and ports
    • Coordination for the on-time payments follow up with accounts team for the CMO sites
    • Monthly production plan publish to BD/Marketing/logistics team
    • Coordination with Regulatory for the registration of the CMO sites products
    • End to End supply chain management for the outsourcing products.
    • Handling SAP system
    Candidate Profile:
    • Male candidate with BSc/ Bpharm or MSc/ MPHarm having experience of procurement from third party manufacturers.
    • Strong exposure of vendor development
    • Good Negotiation skill
    • Must have worked on a SAP Platform
    • Strong Leadership Skill
