Job Description

  • Identify key compliance requirements for ISO 27001 and ISMS
  • Develop and maintain information security policies and procedures
  • Identify resources required to implement various information security requirements from policies and procedures
  • Identify security controls and procedures to be implemented to achieve compliance
  • Assess new information security requirements based on business or regulatory requirements
  • Develop action plan based on inputs from Risk & Compliance team to address information security requirements, assess budgetary requirements if required
  • Review access rights provided for network access and critical applications of all users, to ensure appropriate privileges are assignedEnsure all privileged user IDs and passwords are protected and closely monitored
  • Review the third party agreements and ensure provisions to protect organization data at their sites is addressed in these agreements
  • Risk assessment and risk treatment planIdentify and classify information assets forming part of the Technology SolutionConduct risk assessment and threat analysis
  • Monitor significant changes in the exposure of information assets to various threatsPrepare risk dashboard and risk mitigation plan for the identified risks in the risk assessment report and drive its implementation
  • Audits
  • Develop yearly plan for internal audit and technical security assessment (vulnerability assessment)Develop the audit programs and checklists required to perform audits to verify the compliance status of Information security policies and procedures and detect non-compliances.
  • Identify the systems and process to be covered under vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities and prepare the plan for the same.
  • Governance and AssuranceConducting Internal audits and Process conformance audits for ISO 9001:2015 /ISO 27001:2013.
  • Conducting Management Reviews and monitoring outcomes.
  • Monitoring and facilitating closure of Corrective Action Plans and enactment of Business Continuity Plans.
