Job Description

We are looking for a Manager, Reporting and Analytics HRSSC to help build and scale our data reporting and analytics efforts. The focus will be on delivering data-driven insights which enable Vistra leadership to proactively plan their talent needs, evaluate the effectiveness of their workforce attraction, development and engagement initiatives, identify past and future trends, and make well-informed decisions which will drive ongoing success of the business. S/He would be accountable for reporting Organization s data to ensure analytics are usable, actionable, and valuable for today and into the future as needs evolve and mature. The role will help to identify areas for improvement and analyse data to influence people strategy across the Vistra Group. This is a people manager role & will report into Group HR Shared Services Director & is part of the HR Shared services team.Key Responsibilities

  • Leads the preparation and delivery of all HR dashboards (Monthly, quarterly, and/or annually) in a timely manner, ensuring alignment across deliverables and adherence to overall HR people strategy
  • Standardize and regularize the reports/dashboards (where needed) to have the right organization wide metrics in place.
  • Works in close collaboration with HR leadership, their teams & other functions to fully understand the business to help translate their challenges into actionable insights
  • Demonstrate effective Stakeholder management and use excellent communication to influence respective teams to take action based on your recommendations
Leads development of workforce analytics by delivering insights and recommended actions to HR leadership.
  • Manage and maintain HRIS as appropriate; lead the HRSSC reporting team by reviewing and ensuring quality of work, providing them direction, coaching and mentoring, where needed.
Ensures data integrity, accuracy, and business reporting capabilities. Acts as the primary subject matter guide for HR-related workforce insights.
  • Stays ahead of industry, market and company trends in order to apply knowledge to complex human capital analytics projects, as and when needed, improves the efficiency of reporting processes.
Relevant Experience & Skills Immaculate attention to detail to ensure the highest level of quality/rigor in reports and data analysis
  • Passionate about data analytics for how it can be applied, with critical / analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience working with senior leadership & ability to identify and addressing their needs
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data management, reporting, and analytics (experience working with HR data e.g. headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics and other people analytics) and at least 2 years team management experience
  • Data storytelling skills ability to derive meaningful insights from data sets and present them to various audiences
  • Experience with SQL, Advanced Excel (e.g., Charts, Macros, VLOOKUP, pivots, etc.), and other analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, R/Python) from data visualization and modelling skills preferred & intermediate skills for other MS Office applications
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills and ability to succinctly summarize key findings Able to manage a team of talented individuals and take ownership of their performance and career developmeProfessional QualificationsA relevant master s degree preferred in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science or other related fields. ,
