Support senior leadership in developing research and evaluation strategy under organizational mandate and hence assess the organizational requirement and develop the research and evaluation plan.
Identify new research areas and support supervisor in take it forward
Lead the designing the researches and evaluations under the plan
Guide team members in developing the tools and its proper validations
Supervise data collection process and guide the team for routine challenges during the data collection, data management and data analysis.
Ensure documentation of researches on CSA and keep updating the organization of the new developments in policy and research
Communicate the research finding to the organization in programmatic languages and guide them to improve the ongoing program and contribute in ideation
Ensure that all research data related queries from Donors, Partners & Senior Management of Arpan are addressed in an accurate and timely manner
Coach, train, and mentor the M&E as well as Program teams with the aim of strengthening their technical capacity, exchanging knowledge and providing professional development guidance in conjunction with the Director Research, M&E
Support supervisor in collaborative efforts with peer organizations/institutions for researches in prevention of CSA
Educational Qualification A university degree in social sciences, development studies, statistics, public health, demography, economics or related field
