Job Description

    Our client is one of the leading pharmaceutical companies.Responsibilities: - Lead the development of incentive plans to drive business outcomes, motivate the field force and enhance the process of incentive structure.- Review of targets and incentives for fairness and accuracy.- Conduct regular assessments of field force deployed and identify levers to improve productivity.- Define and implement go-to marketing models.- Define KPIs/KRAs to improve field force productivity.- Drive business analytics to translate data into insights and actionable items for Commercial sales teams.- Engage with external partners and agencies to get market insights and intelligence.- Designing and monitoring the annual functional budgets for all initiatives related to SFE and training.- Work closely with the training and sales team to design and launch relevant training programs for the commercial teams (New and existing).- Ensure effective onboarding of new members in the team and completion of required training.
