Job Description

    We have been retained by one of a leading, Fast growing Pharma company having its HO at Mumbai to Hire a Manager / Senior Manager for International Business Development. Details of the position are mentioned below:
    • Company: Our Client is a certified group / Govt. Recognized STAR EXPORT HOUSE based in commercial hub of India Mumbai.
    • For the past 6 years the company has entered the business of Manufacturing / Exports of Pharmaceuticals products both Finished Formulation & Raw Materials along with Cosmetics & Herbal / Ayurvedic products.
    • Designation: Manager / Senior Manager - International Business Development
    • Job Location: Mumbai
    • Job Role:
    1. Responsible for developing business plan and establishing and creating sustainable growth of company products in chosen global markets - specifically African / Franco-African markets.
    2. Analyze and monitor the current global markets and prepare business plan.
    3. Identifying & analyzing market conditions, new sales opportunities of different countries for business expansion
    4. Develop marketing strategies to capture and establish footprints in Africa & ROW markets
    5. Coordinate with regulatory affairs, factory, and exports logistics depts. for technical and product support.
    6. Develop and drive export sales activity by tapping new customers in international markets
    7. Manage existing customer relationships and grow business of the company in existing markets.
    8. Handling clients queries for better turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
    9. Prepare and negotiate contracts, quotations with customers/ clients.
    10. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly target.
    11. Target Achievement and Revenue Generation.
    • Skills Required:
    1. Minimum 3 to 5 yrs. of experience in Export Marketing with relevant experience in Pharma formulations sector
    2. Should have marketing experience of Pharmaceutical Formulations & develop business in new markets/countries.
    3. Specific Experience in Developing African / ROW & Franco-African markets.
    4. Good skills as communicator, leads converter and customer coordinator
    5. Hands-on experience of product registration with MOH of various countries
    6. Generating export enquirers and converting them into export orders
    7. Should be familiar with formalities and regulations required for registering products for various markets
    8. Proficiency in French would be an advantage
