    About Cashfree: Founded in 2015, Cashfree is a PayPal incubated start-up which aims to provide a single platform for businesses to disburse and collect payments in India via its Payouts and Payment Gateway products.Y-Combinator (S17) backed Cashfree has raised a series B funding of $ 35.5 Mn (Total funding of $41 Mn- Valued at $200 Mn led by Apis partners, South- Korean based VC Smilegate investments. Some of the other investors are Cabra VC, 9 Yards Capital, George Osborne (former chancellor of the exchequer of the United Kingdom) and Vellayan Subbiah (former managing director of Cholamandalam Investment).Cashfree is currently used by 65,000 businesses for vendor payouts, wage payouts, build refunds, expense reimbursements, loyalty, and rewards. Some of its notable customers include Xiaomi, Tencent, Delhivery, Zomato, Cred, Club Factory, and ExxonMobil. What Youll do: - New customer acquisition in the NBFC / BFSI category and conversion of leads- Build strong connect with middle and senior management (key decision takers) of NBFCs to generate business leads- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies - Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives - Customer relationship management - Build and manage outbound business development pipeline - Identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases - Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales - Keep updated on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry as well as collecting competitor intelligence - A self-starter and who can work in an independent manner - end to end closure What makes you a great fit: - Must have worked with NBFC/BFSI clientele for sourcing business in a Bank (liability or asset) / Fintech- Deep understanding of requirements of NBFCs in terms of KYC, collections, disbursements and reconciliation- Hunting role in previous organisation - Experience in product focused sales and an organized approach to work - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements - Strong business acumen and product expertise - Working knowledge of MS Office tools,
