Job Description

Position: Manager/Senior Manager - Project Finance and CAPEX Control Location: Jogeshwari West, Mumbai Educational Qualification: CA, B.Com. Experience: 10-12 years experience preferably in pharmaceutical industry.

  • To lead and develop effective and robust internal financial control & compliance processes for CAPEX and project financing with close coordination with project team.
  • Hands on experience of project viability analysis, project capitalisation in SAP (FICO/ PS module) and monitoring.
  • To oversee accounts payable function and monitoring/approving vendors payments mainly projects related bills and to ensure timely disbursements for across locations.
  • To control and co-ordinate with location projects/finance team to ensure rigorous monitoring of status of the projects, identifying bottlenecks, issues and periodical reporting to management.
  • Need base travelling to project sites/plants to coordinate and interactions with locations projects/finance team.
  • To monitor capital spend budget and forecast. Involvement in project finance and commercial functions encompassing analysis of tenders, price negotiation, payment terms and other commercial terms and conditions.
  • Performance review of the capitalised projects, analysing profitability and expected returns and preparing necessary action plan for resolving the issues and improving the returns.
  • Involvement in monthly/quarterly/annual book closure, accounting and compilation of MIS etc. for statutory reporting and management reporting.
  • To tackle statutory and internal audits and to coordinate with locations/plants to resolve queries and implement internal controls.
Key Competencies / Skills: Knowledge and hands on experience of SAP (FICO/PS/MM) modules. Expertise in excel, word & power point. Timely and effective reporting. Exposure of accounts payable and accounts finalisation under Ind AS. ,
