Job Description

Educational Qualification: B.E. Electrical/Mechanical and Post Graduate Degree MBA/MS/M.Tech

Job Profile:

  • Will work directly on project or assignment with the clients as Team Leader
  • Manage team of analysts and consultants
  • Responsibility to disseminate knowledge to junior team members
  • Manage client relationship for key clients
  • Manage RE projects in policy/regulatory and corporate advisory areas
  • Ensure quality, time lines, profitability, expectation management, etc.
  • Responding to EOI/RFQ/RFP tenders released by respective authorities pertaining to various RE projects
Skill Set Required:
  • Ability to execute assignments and handle clients independently
  • Good analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of legal and regulatory framework and technical aspect of renewable energy.
  • Ability to lead team of junior consultants.
  • Strong interpersonal skill.
  • Experience in multiple renewable technologies, i.e., wind, small hydro, biomass, solid waste and solar would be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience with management consultancy would be an added advantage.
