A majority of the customers are first-time home buyers and finds it challenging to deal with bigger financial institutions for their home loan requirements. Loan amounts for these homes typically vary between 25 to 75 lakhs.Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager Treasury - Housing Finance - MumbaiJob Responsibilities:Managing Treasury operations and cash flows Assist in Managing Lender, Investor and Rating agency relations Assist in devising Treasury Annual operating plan Assist in achieving annual borrowing target and COB target to ensure smooth business operations Managing compliances pertaining to borrowing of the Company Assist in preparing and executing borrowing documentation Slice and dice Loan Portfolio data to be provided to various stakeholders e.g. the Regulator/ Lenders/ Credit Rating Agencies/ Management Prepare various presentations required for Lender meetings Investment of surplus funds in line with Investment Policy
