Job Description

    The role reports into the Head - Brand & Digital.Key Responsibilities:- Contributes to the overall marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire fans.- Develops social media marketing plans for each category brands and directing promotional support.- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.- Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.- Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI.- Monitor SEO, web traffic metrics and keep a track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns.- Collaborate with category teams, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency across.- Ensure the brand communicates with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.Key Requirements:- Proven work experience as a Social media manager, and digital marketing.- Hands on experience in content management and a solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms.- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.- Understanding in Google Analytics and an ability to gather insights from the campaigns- Analytical and multitasking skills with customer focus.- MBA in Marketing or Bachelors degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field.,
