Job Description

    We have been retained by a fast growing and highly reputed Pharma company to Hire Manager - Sourcing . Details of the position are mentioned below:
    • Company: Our client is a highly reputed and fast growing Pharma company that has created a special name for itself in the field of Critical care products, Oncology & Anesthesia products. The company has very respectable presence in Indian as well as international markets
    • Designation: Manager - Sourcing
    • Job Location: Mumbai (Western Suburbs)
    • Reporting To: AVP Business Alliances & Sourcing
    • Must Requirements in Job role (Knowledge/Experience/Qualification):
    1. Should be able to execute 1 year sourcing plan and strive to achieve the budgeted plan.
    2. Need to manager end to end sourcing from India/Export networking of injectable and specialty products.
    3. Need to propose, evaluate and pursue till launch of the product and product segment.
    4. Should have the understanding of Gross contribution.
    5. Should have an understanding of Export business for procuring dossiers.
    6. Should have a market connect to understand market demand and catering the same to internal BD.
    7. He should be able to handle the profile independently.
    8. Should have an experience to reach the new proposal till term sheet stage.
    9. Good analytical, Communication skills and business acumen skills.
    10. Should be energetic and vibrant.
    11. Result orientation.
    12. Total Experience: 5 to 8 Yrs
    13. Exposure in B2B/CMO business.
    14. Qualification: B.Pharm or B.Sc. with MBA in marketing.
    • Threshold Requirement in the Job role (additional but not mandatory)
    1. Exposure in formulation/API business.
    • Expected Output (Quantitative/Qualitative) from the role in current or next 1 year
    1. Collaborative working with BDM for ensuring growth in sourcing Business.
    2. Building new product pipeline/basket.
