1) Market Analysis & Demand Assessment, Product Mix Derivations, Business Modelling & Sensitivity Analysis for Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality & Entertainment Sectors2) Market Research for retail shopping malls, office space and residential developments Analysis of annual results of competition, research on real estate market, the price trends for bought and leased properties.3) Researching on the prevalent rates applicable in the market for different property types and give projection on the future market movement.4) Conducting Development Feasibility study for projects - commercial, retail malls, residential, SEZ, hotels, warehouses, industrial and alternate asset classes like educational institutes & healthcare city.5) Advice the valuation team about the real estate scenario and trends and assist in Property Appraisals (DSCR, NPV, IRR & XIRR estimations) using Residual & DCF Models;6) Minimum 4 yrs relevant Experience in research / advisory in real estate industry7) Good understanding of the financial markets and excellent financial modeling skills.8) Proven ability to work under stress9) Excellent verbal and written communication skills10)Should be an expert in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint,
