1. Strategic Sourcing to identify and develop new suppliers and their processes for Thermoelectric applications which are beyond Refrigeration domain. 2. Sourcing of local components such as Gaskets, Plastic components, Masterbatches, hardware items, wire harnesses, Casted Aluminium components, EVA, EPE and EPS etc. for initial prototypes and pilot lots. 3. Targeted BOM Cost reduction initiatives through systematic opportunity assessment & strategic sourcing levers. 4. Capability to develop new form of supplier partnership across industry and new business model for relationship and setting benchmarks for future cost competitiveness. 5. Commodity analysis and opportunity assessment based on trends. 6. Undetake Localisation projects for imported items to minimise cost. 7. Liaison with external design house for development of Prototypes and Product drawings. 8. Raising Purchase Requisitions for Material required for R&D purpose. 9. Arranging material and components from plants, warehouses and suppliers required for product development. 10. Coordinating with Corporate procurement for receipt of various imported samples 11. Coordination with L&D Shirwal & courier partners for timely dispatches and deliveries of the TE products for B2B customers 12. Manage B2B partnerships with clients and manage their billing and financials. 13. Track, monitor and manage new range product development initiatives for Thermoelectric products. 14. Reporting consumption in Infor LN for Material used in R&D. 15. BOM Cost analysis using Infor LN reports. 16. Item Code creation requests for BOM items and samples ,
