Job Description

*

  • Managing the end to end Talent Sourcing activities USA and Canada region; i.e. from sourcing to on-boarding across levels; multiple locations and functions
  • Work closely with all Branding to team to create and publish job ads on job boards and social media to attract good talent for open roles.
  • Partner with BHR Leads and Hiring Managers for understanding requirements for the role, critical attributes, critical skills need and identifying appropriate candidates to be presented for shortlist and selection
  • Sourcing for quality resumes and work with the Hiring Managers to create a standard screening questionnaire for applicants to improve the screening process. Conducts initial HR screening round i.e. ASK (Attitude, Skills & Knowledge), fitment to the role, salary expectations, etc.
  • Coordination for scheduling of interviews and rounds of discussions, as when needed.
  • Make of use of Piramal ATS system for tracking candidates and moving them through the necessary steps; i.e. from screening to on-boarding. Manage the entire recruitment via the Taleo system and support respective hiring managers and BHRs in the process i.e. from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Create a talent pipeline for future requirements and undertake industry / competitors by mapping critical roles / functions and also provide Departmental heads / hiring managers inputs for effective decision making.
  • Effectively manage the internal vs external sourcing efforts and partner with external sourcing agencies for ensuring continuous flow of resumes to ensure that the mandates are closed within stipulated TAT and is cost efficient
