Job Description

    - Support, monitor the recruitment efforts in an efficient and time-bound manner by identifying world-class, diverse talent to drive our business results.- Conduct confidential research and talent identification to identify best-in-class talent at lateral leadership level for the organisation. - Partner with Leadership Talent Acquisition Team and Talent Acquisition Managers to generate ideas leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective executive search process. - Responsible for closing Leadership and niche positions through headhunting efforts. - Demonstrate focus and discipline in delivering talent need and, also ensure process and delivery excellence Competencies (Technical & Soft Skills) - Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ability to prioritize conflicting demands, organize time and resources to deliver solid and consistent results for the business and bring assignments to successful completion- Strong business acumen as well as a demonstrated ability to establish priorities in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment - Strong written/verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals both internal and external to the organization with proven ability to communicate to customers/clients in a clear, focused and concise manner - Effective in problem-solving crossing organizational and geographic lines, strong organizational savvy necessary to understand business needs and structure. - Attention to detail and be highly organized as well as be a natural relationship builder.,
