Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibility Area:- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities for Volume hiring.- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for multiple level hiring.- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business- Provide thought leadership on best-in-class strategies, methods and processes for selecting talent- Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.- Develop measurement and feedback mechanisms to monitor and evaluate effectiveness of Talent Acquisition plans, programs, processes, and tools.- Experience designing and leveraging integrated people strategies based on a holistic understanding of the diversity of the workforce; enabling the attraction, development, and retention of top talent.- Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles.- Lead employer branding initiativesPersonal Attributes:- We are looking for high achievers with 8 to 15 years of hands-on Experience in volume hiring of Sales & Marketing or Non-IT recruitment with atleast 5+ years in a established building material company- Capable of working independently with very little direction on complex projects- Expertise in leading Full Cycle of Recruitment Significant experience in PAN India talent acquisition- Presents complex/highly complex ideas and anticipates potential objections, influences others- Understanding of appropriate protocol and cultural diversity for assigned market- You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company.- Experience of working in a target driven environment,
