1. Responsible for Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments. 2. Responsible for Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organizations and the individuals needs. 3. Responsible for Preparing Annual Training Budgets and plan the programs by keeping within budgets. 4. Responsible for developing effective induction programs. 5. Responsible for devising individual learning plans online and offline. 6. Responsible for smooth running of the Learning Management System. 7. Responsible for producing training materials for in-house courses. 8. Responsible for delivery of training and development programs. 9. Responsible for Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers. 10. Responsible for evaluating training and development programs; amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment. 11. Responsible for Ensuring Monthly Training Dash Boards are made. ,
