1. We are looking for an excellent Corporate Trainer to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge. You will provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that motivate others. 2. A corporate trainer is an experienced educator. Your abilities to convey a message should only be surpassed by a deep knowledge of your field. Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you have to possess. 3. The goal is to promote efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills of personnel. Role Responsibilities 1. Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions 2. Identify the skill and gap of the staff based on their approval and support relevant training 3. Design effective training programs 4. Conduct seminars , workshops , individual training sessions etc. 5. Prepare educational material such as training manual , module summaries , videos etc. circulate to all in prior 6. Select and book venues 7. Support and mentor new employees 8. Keep attendance and other records 9. Manage training budgets 10. Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement 11. Monitor employee performance and response to training 12. Conducts computer training needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to work procedures , work flow , and reports; understanding job - specific functions and tasks. 13. Designs computer training manuals by identifying and describing information needs; using desktop publishing; submitting initial versions for review; revising and editing final copy. 14. Maintains safe and healthy training environment by following organization standards and legal regulations. 15. Conducts training classes by presenting job - specific , company - specific , and generic software applications and personal computer classes. 16. Evaluates training by evaluating effectiveness of training to specific job applications. 17. identify training and development needs within an organization through job
