Job Description

Treasury & Banking:

  • Reporting timely and accurately monthly Cash Flow Actual vs Budget including variances, Annual cash flow forecasting, Forex Reporting, Management Reporting & Banking Survey. All reporting to be done on various platforms; knowledge of Trema and FX-net will be added advantage.
  • Working capital optimization and management
  • Driving Automation to the extent possible for Lean/Smart Working.
  • Support Treasury Head for implementation of Bank RFP and leading the entire process to ensure end to end smooth implementation with both the banks.
  • SAP Domain knowledge is a must.
  • Liaison with banks to support smooth Treasury operations.
  • Able to Manage Insurance Function in India
  • Should be well versed with Derivatives, forward contracts and Forex Hedging.
  • Should be able to manage Dividend Distribution (payments and bank coordination) Campaign
  • Corporate Credit Card handling for employees of all operating 4 legal entities of India including overdue reporting
  • Act as a Checker for upload entries created by Sr. Manager Treasury, Operations.
  • Internal Control Monitoring - Ensuring of all past and new controls to be implemented within stipulated timeframe
  • Guide and Mentor Assistant manager Treasury for Lean / Smart working
  • Should be able to create presentation as per the requirement of the company.
  • Should be able to support all the special projects initiated by Corporate Treasury (France).
Insurance:
  • Mange Global Insurance program as per Group Guidelines.
  • Explore possibilities of Local Insurance to Secure Higher Deductibles of Global Insurance
  • Claim Management.
