Job Description

  • To remain connected with the employees through various channels.
  • To carry out all such activities required to execute various Employee Engagement initiatives like sending exciting teasers / mailers regarding the upcoming events, taking registrations, sending details of the event etc.
  • To attend to the queries raised by the employees.
  • To manage the generic e-mail ID of Employee Engagement created for sending/receiving any communication to employees.
  • Prepare interesting communication regarding health, knowledge, work culture and also arranging workshops for employees on topics which may be useful for enriching work life.
  • Managing the vendors To liaise with the vendors regularly to ensure that all the activities are happening as per the format / schedule and also assist them in case of any issues faced.
  • Creation of vendor codes of approved vendors.
  • Manage vendor payments by checking correctness of bills raised by them, taking approvals and sending bills to finance to make payments and maintain up to date records for the same.
  • Execution of new initiatives Understand the format and provide inputs in execution Get involved in creation of logo /tagline for the new event.
  • Liaise with the BTG team/ external vendor for creation of a microsite for taking registrations for the event Liaise with the vendor/ regional teams and plan logistics at each stage of the event.
  • Identify and arrange trophies /prizes for the event .
  • Smooth execution of existing activities Increasing the scope and standard of existing initiatives in each season.
  • Plan the event in advance, book venues, create merchandise, mailers well before registrations start.
  • Liaise with the vendor to check new requirements, upgrade the microsite to include new requirements well before time.
  • Identify and arrange trophies /prizes for the event.
  • Manage Club Mahindra Holidays facility Communication of the facility of the Club Mahindra Holidays to the eligible employees at regular intervals, facilitation of a smooth booking process for the interested employees, Manage generic id of Club Mahindra holidays created for sending /receiving communication to the employees.
  • Maintaining proper database for the booking done, payment made etc.
  • In case of recovery due to no-show /late cancellations, liaise with the employees, respond to their queries and send data to C&B; team for recovery every month.
  • Managing long service awards Sourcing of the long term awards for the employees completing 5 yrs, 10 yrs, 20 yrs and for retirement well within time.
  • Dispatch of the long service awards well within time to all the employees.
  • To maintain proper, accurate data for the awards given in each category, payments made, resolving of the queries received by the employees etc.
