Issue notices to parties indulging into delayed payment beyond 180 days. Frequent market visits to put pressure on parties with delayed payment Ensure pre-legal and post legal cases follow up on recoveries Random checks on new party selections in the markets Reply to sample misbranding related issues and represent Mahindra Summit for all court cases Provide continuous suggestions on improving credit control from legal perspective Ensure compliance in identified areas One-point contact for all Mahindra Summit related agreements, legal matters & court cases. Liaising with law enforcement agencies including police authorities To guide for reduction of litigation or prevent litigation in cost effective manner Analysis of litigation on merits and guidance for either settlement or continuation Disseminating new updates or amendments to the business Communication and implementation of the learning from the disputes or litigation Regular field visits to understand the business and recovery Introduction and implementation of the process for recovery in timely manner Guidance on statutory compliance as applicable to the company Co-ordination with group legal to introduce similar practices and documentation,
