M. D. Pathology (Allowed to practice in Mumbai). Decided on an area/ place where there is a requirement of a diagnostic centre in order to have less competition and more no. of customers for check ups. Train 3- 4 phlebotomists, to go and get the blood sample collected from the patient home or from the doctor clinic Employ 1 senior Lab Technician and 1 junior technician to carefully perform test with the respective Machines and Equipments Setting up the Lab with the required equipments and machines, to perform the listed tests Signing reports and supervising the tests, making sure the result obtained is legit and accurate Key Skill Min 5 Yrs post qualification experience Case 1: Salary Range: Best in Industry Case 2:Partnership and salary: On a 60% - 40%. 60% will be kept by the company where the company role is paying the rent, investing in the Machines and Equipments, Paying Utility Bills and the entire staff is on the company payroll. 40% will be kept by the M.D. Pathologist where his role will be all of the above mentioned. On top a nominal salary of 20- 25k till the company does not show any profits in its PNL statement or till the value 40% is equal to the salary being paid,
